Sergio Reguilón, the Inter Miami player, recently disclosed the monthly rent for his Miami home during a video with streamer TheGrefg. The former Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid star moved to the United States in December 2025, joining David Beckham’s MLS club alongside Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, and Rodrigo De Paul. 
In the video, filmed at Reguilón’s luxurious rented mansion, the 28-year-old defender explained that despite Miami’s high cost of living, his rent is surprisingly affordable. “It’s not the most expensive rent I’ve ever paid. Actually, it’s the cheapest I’ve paid in the last six years,” Reguilón said. “I don’t care, I have no problem. It’s $19,000 a month.”
TheGrefg reacted with astonishment: “That seems like a crazy amount to me.” But Reguilón countered, “Well, it’s pretty cheap for Miami, and I made a deal with the landlord—he likes football, so I give him tickets.” He compared the figure to his previous rent in London, which was $26,000 per month. 
Earlier in the conversation, Reguilón noted that Seville was his favorite city to live in because it was cheaper. The footballer has also played for Logroñés, Sevilla, Tottenham, Manchester United, and Brentford during his career. 
Later, the topic shifted to Reguilón’s 28-kg Golden Retriever, currently living between his parents’ home and his girlfriend’s in Spain. Concerned about the stress of flying in a cargo hold, Reguilón plans to rent a private jet to bring the dog to Miami after the summer. “135 is the name of the movie,” he said jokingly, referencing the $135,000 cost. TheGrefg quipped, “That’s what it means to love your dog.”
