Roman Rotenberg, First Vice President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation, member of the board of directors of Dynamo Moscow, and former head coach of SKA, has expressed his willingness to help Valery Karpin with the Russian national football team. When asked about his readiness to support Karpin, Rotenberg stated: “Of course, I’m always ready. Valery Georgievich and I communicate often. We work together; we are colleagues.”
