Japanese national team member Airi Miyabe, 27, updated her Instagram on Wednesday, one day after it was announced that she would leave Victorina Himeji of the SV League women’s division.
With a message reading “See you!” Miyabe posted six photos, including action shots and group pictures with teammates.
The post received likes from her national team colleagues, including Mayu Ishikawa and Nanami Seki, as well as former players such as Saori Kimura, Maiko Kano, and Sarina Koga.
Miyabe joined Himeji in the 2022-23 season. She represented Japan at the 2024 Paris Olympics and has also been named to the squad for the Volleyball Nations League, which starts in June.
